The polymer blend is a system of at least three phases, the polymer blend comprising a first polymer (402), a second polymer (404) and a compatibilizer (406), the first polymer and the second polymer being immiscible, the first polymeric bead forming polymer (408) surrounded by the compatibilizer in the second polymer.
