abstract Methods and apparatus for a two-phase bistable flip-flop with symmetrical rise and fall times. An exemplary apparatus may include a clock generator circuit including a two-phase bistable circuit configured to provide an output signal. The two-phase bistable circuit comprises a two-phase bistable flip-flop and a control circuit. The two-phase flip-flop is configured to provide a first control signal and a second control signal in response to a clock signal. The first control signal and the second control signal are complementary. The control circuit is configured to provide the output signal in response to the first control signal and the second control signal.
