titleOfInvention ANALYSIS METHOD FOR EXTRACELLULAR VESICLES USING STERILE EXCLUSION CHROMATOGRAPHY AND USE THEREOF
abstract The extracellular vesicle assay method, according to the present invention, utilizes the size-dependent separation capability of size exclusion chromatography and the properties of a probe that specifically binds to extracellular vesicles, and utilizes these are able to quickly and easily analyze the amount of extracellular vesicles present in a sample, to analyze the physico-chemical properties of the extracellular vesicles, to analyze the type and quantity of the constituents present in the extracellular vesicles, and to analyze the binding or affinity properties of the probe relative to the constituents of the extracellular vesicles. In addition, the use of the assay method according to the present invention not only allows accurate analysis of the extracellular vesicles in a sample, without purification step or sample pretreatment, but also allows accurate and simple analysis of the constituents of the samples. extracellular vesicles, depending on the type of probe, and can thus improve the diagnostic efficiency using extracellular vesicles. In addition, the analysis of the properties or affinity of the probe can be applied, for example, to the screening of extracellular vesicle-specific antibodies, protein screening and screening of chemicals.
