abstract |
The present invention relates to a clothing apparatus for monitoring biometric information. The apparatus comprises a substrate. A pair of electroluminescent devices is disposed on the substrate. Each of the electroluminescent devices has a rectangular shape in which the length in a first direction is greater than the length in a second direction, and includes a light source disposed at one end thereof in the first direction and waveguides. optics extending in the first direction from the light source. A photosensor is disposed between each of the optical waveguides. The optical waveguides are formed of a flexible polymeric material. |
