Provided is a composition capable of producing a film capable of detecting infrared rays with high sensitivity when used for an infrared sensor or the like. In addition, a film, an optical filter solid-state imaging device, and an infrared sensor are provided. This composition contains a coloring material which transmits infrared rays and blocks visible light, a near infrared absorbing dye, and a curable compound. The ratio A / B which is the ratio of the minimum value A of the absorbance in the wavelength range of 400 to 700 nm to the maximum value B of the absorbance in the range of wavelength 1400 to 1500 nm is 4.5 or more. When a film having a thickness of 1 μm is used to form a film, the above-mentioned film has a maximum value of the refractive index in the wavelength range of 800 nm or more. |
