Trivalent compound represented by the general formula (II) (wherein Y 2 is a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms including an ester structure etc.) The present invention provides a blocked isocyanate composition comprising one or more selected from the group consisting of diisocyanate compounds represented by and a blocked isocyanate compound obtained from a thermally dissociable blocking agent. |
