The present invention relates to sub-micron particle formulations and methods for preparing the formulations. The formulations comprise a plurality of submicron particles comprising (i) 60 to 99.5% by weight of an amorphous active agent and (ii) a cationic surfactant material, the cationic surfactant material being cationic on at least a portion of a pH range ≤ 5; and a matrix material comprising an inverse enteric polymer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
