The invention relates to a deuterium substituted carbazole compound, in particular a compound as represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof. The compound of the present invention can be used to treat cancers, inflammation, microbial infectious diseases, viral infections and protozoal infections, and has a good application perspective. |
