abstract | The invention relates to a Lamb wave sensor comprising a substrate layer (131), a ground electrode layer (132), a piezoelectric film (133), at least a pair of first microelectrodes (134), and at least one pair of second microelectrodes (135) whose surfaces are modified by antibodies, the modified antibodies on the surfaces of the second microelectrodes (135) being able to bind to target biomarkers in a sample to determine the concentration of the biomarkers targets. The Lamb wave sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, high specificity, low detection limit, easy operation, etc., and can be used to detect multiple target biomarkers for the same sample. The invention also relates to a biosensing chip comprising the Lamb wave sensor described above, which chip can be used for the detection of multiple biomarkers in blood samples. The invention further relates to a rapid screening system comprising the biodetection chip described above, thereby providing a new rapid screening system for diagnosis and detection of diseases. |
