abstract The invention relates to a two-component fiber having an envelope and a core. The core comprises at least 50% by weight of an ethylene / alpha-olefin block copolymer having a density of 0.860 g / cc to -0.885 g / cc and a melt index (I2) of 10 g / cc. 10 min at 60 g / 10 min; and the shell comprises at least 50% by weight of a propylene elastomer having a melt flow ratio (MFR) of from 30 g / 10 min to 250 g / 10 min. The core / shell viscosity ratio is from 1: 1 to 5: 1 at a shear rate of 1000 / s to 5000 / s.
