The present invention relates to a polyimide film generated from a solution containing a polyamic acid in a high-boiling aprotic solvent; polyamic acid comprising one or more tetracarboxylic acid components and one or more diamine components; and at least one of the tetracarboxylic acid components being a tetravalent organic group derived from a curved dianhydride or an aromatic dianhydride including the -O-, -CO-, -NHCO-, -S-, -SO2- bonds, -CO-O- or -CR2-, or a direct chemical bond between the aromatic rings; and at least one of the diamine components being a divalent organic group derived from a curved diamine or an aromatic diamine comprising the same bonds, or a direct chemical bond between the aromatic rings; and R being the same or different at each occurrence and selected from the group consisting of H, F, an alkyl group and a fluoroalkyl group. |
