abstract |
The invention relates to a photovoltaic power device that can achieve a balance between flexibility and durability appropriate for use in a flexible device. The photovoltaic power device of the present invention comprises: a photoelectric conversion layer; first and second electrodes disposed on both sides of the photoelectric conversion layer; and substrates disposed on one of the outer sides of the first and second electrodes or both. The photoelectric conversion layer contains a polymer having the structure represented by the general formula (1), and at least one of the substrates has a multilayer structure comprising a fluororesin layer and a paraxylene polymer layer. |
