abstract A macroinitiator and condensation-open-loop-solid phase polymerization method for synthesizing ultra-high isotactic poly-L-/D-lactic acid, which is synthesized by high optical pure L-/D-lactic acid polycondensation reaction The molecular initiator initiates a high optical purity L-/D-lactide bulk fusion ring-opening polymerization, and then a novel process for obtaining a high molecular weight, chiral pure poly-L-/D-lactic acid by solid phase polymerization. The novel process can synthesize a weight average molecular weight Mw of 1.8×105-6.0×105, a molecular weight distribution of PDI of 1.5-1.7, an isotacticity of Iso. of 99.0-99.5%, a melting point of Tm of 185.0-188.0° C., and a crystallinity Xc. It is a high molecular weight, high optical purity poly-L-/D-lactic acid of 85.0-90.0%.
