The present invention provides methods and compositions relating to G protein coupled receptor (GPCR) libraries comprising nucleic acids encoding a scaffold comprising a GPCR binding domain. The libraries described herein include various libraries containing nucleic acids each encoding a predefined variant of at least one predefined reference nucleic acid sequence. The invention further relates to the libraries of proteins generated when the nucleic acid libraries are translated. Cell banks expressing various nucleic acid libraries are further described. |
