abstract |
The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for improving the solubility and dissolution of poorly soluble drugs that contain a therapeutic agent, a pharmaceutically acceptable polymer and a self-emulsifying component. These pharmaceutical compositions have been prepared by thermal processes to provide a composition that has improved properties including improved solubility of the therapeutic agent over the amount of therapeutic agent that should be soluble in the self-emulsifying component or the pharmaceutically acceptable polymer. The invention also relates to their methods of manufacture and use. |
