The present invention relates to label-specific fusion proteins for selectively detecting peptide-containing molecules or strep tag (strep-tag) cells containing a strep tag peptide. Embodiments of the invention include label-specific fusion proteins that can be used in reagents and methods for monitoring and / or modulating immunotherapeutic cells expressing a strep tag peptide. Embodiments of the invention also include fusion proteins that specifically bind to labeled targets and recombinant host cells comprising polynucleotides encoding label-specific fusion proteins. The invention also relates to immunotherapeutic cells expressing a labeled marker. |
