titleOfInvention | FISH REPRODUCTION BY ARTIFICIAL FRILLING WITH INJECTION CONTAINING BOTHERÉLINE AND DOMPERIDONE |
abstract | The present method comprises injecting high quality and efficient fish hormone for increased and improved reproduction and high quality production in various fish species with a combination of products composed of GnRH agonists such as buserelin and dopamine receptor antagonists such as domperidone provide reliable induction and synchronization of maturation, ovulation and spawning. Synthetic stimulators give rise to eggs of much higher quality than the pituitary extracts used in controlled breeding of fish. The method helps to significantly advance maturation without affecting viability or fecundity; advance the spawning season and coordinate spawning dates and help to overcome maturation problems. |
