METHOD FOR MEASURING SIZE IN A MONO-VISION ENDOSCOPIC IMAGE |
abstract |
According to one embodiment, the present invention relates to a precise and objective quantification method of the dimension of a calculation fragment. The method includes intraoperative measurement of objects during a URS. The method analyzes URS procedures for ureteral and renal stones during fragment extraction. An instrument is introduced into an instrument channel of the ureteroscope and advanced to be adjacent to the computational fragment to be measured. The measurement of the size of the computational fragment is based on the known distance of a tip of the instrument in the visual field of the ureteroscope. |
