For this purpose, according to one embodiment, the present invention relates to a semiconductor imaging device which comprises: a first electrode comprising a plurality of independent electrodes; a second electrode arranged opposite the first electrode; a photoelectric conversion layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a voltage application unit for applying different voltages to at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode during a charge storage period and during a non-charge storage period. |
