FLUORINATED POLY (ARYLENE-ETHER) THERMODURCI PRODUCT |
abstract |
The present invention relates to modified fluorinated poly (arylene ether ketones) which can be crosslinked to produce high performance thermoset products useful for semiconductor application having a low dielectric constant. The present invention also relates to a process for producing said modified fluorinated poly (arylene ether ketones) prepared by polycondensation of a fluorinated poly (arylene ether ketone) with a fluorostyrene. |
