abstract The present invention relates to a method of differentiation into dental blast cells using induced pluripotent stem cells, and an associated use, and more particularly: a method of inducing differentiation into dental blast cells by using stem cells epithelial and mesenchymal stem cells respectively differentiated from induced pluripotent stem cells derived from humans; dental blast cells differentiated by the method; and an associated use. The method of differentiation into dental blast cells according to the present invention employs patient-specific induced pluripotent stem cells for the establishment of dental epithelial stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells from somatic cells of a patient. necessary for differentiation into dental cells, and so an autologous cell therapy system can be established, and as differentiation is performed from the same induced pluripotent stem cells obtained from a tooth, the benefits are considered to be achieved in regeneration of dental tissues by means of epigenetic memory of induced pluripotent stem cells, and stable dental blast cell supply can be provided, and thus the present invention is intended to be usefully useful in the field of regenerative medicine Dental rative.
