abstract A highly integrated module includes a thermally conductive substrate made of a multilayer ceramic, which is assembled with at least one LED and passive SMD components to provide a drive circuit for the LED. Another passive component, in particular an element for protection against electrostatic discharges, is integrated in the substrate. In addition, the invention relates to means for dissipating lost heat in horizontal and vertical directions.
