abstract The present invention relates to a clothing device for measuring the light conditions of a subject. The device includes a light sensor for measuring said light conditions, and a light guide for collecting the incoming light and directing it to said light sensor. Another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a software application executable on a remote device and configured to receive data from the device through a receiver on the remote device, process said data by the device remote to provide data representing the light exposure of the subject carrying the device, and display at least a portion of said data on a screen of the remote device.
