abstract |
The invention relates to a streptovaricin derivative, a method of preparation therefor and an application thereof, relating to the field of biopharmaceuticals. The new streptovaricine derivative 1-4 is obtained using Streptomyces spectabilis XW-1 (registration number: CCTCC NO: M2017417) as the starting strain and carrying out a single inactivation or deletion on the P450 genes ( svP4 and stvP5 ) of a post-translational modification system in a streptovaricin biosynthetic gene cluster of the strain, followed by separation and purification on a crude extract of fermentation products of both strains mutant, to give the new streptovaricin derivatives 1-4. The novel streptovarin derivative according to the present invention exhibits good antibacterial effects against methicillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter baumannii , provides a new solution to the problem of antibiotic resistance and provides a basis for structural modification of antibiotics streptovaricines. |
