An optical film formed by roughening at least one surface of a film containing an alicyclic structure-containing polymer, wherein at least one surface has a maximum height Rz of 150 nm or more and 3000 nm or less, and an arithmetic average roughness Optical film whose Ra is 30 nm or more and 1000 nm or less. The optical film preferably has an internal haze of 5% or less. The alicyclic structure-containing polymer is preferably a specific block copolymer hydride [E]. Also disclosed is a method of producing an optical film comprising the step of roughening. |
