titleOfInvention Means for preventing deterioration of immunoassay reagent containing insoluble carrier particles
abstract The present invention aims at providing a component that inhibits the non-specific coagulation of sensitized or non-sensitized insoluble carrier particles and provides a means of preventing degradation for an immunoassay reagent containing the insoluble carrier particles when the immunoassay reagent is frozen. . The present invention therefore relates to an immunoassay reagent which uses insoluble carrier particles and is characterized by obtaining ω-amino carboxylic acid (1) (in the formula, n is an integer of 2 to 6) as a component inhibiting non-specific coagulation of said insoluble carrier particles and in that it contains said ω-amino carboxylic acid (1). The invention further relates to a method for preventing degradation of an immunoassay reagent using said ω-amino carboxylic acid (1).
