abstract The present invention provides an isolated polypeptide comprising: (a) the amino acid sequence of any one of SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; or (b) the amino acid sequence of (a) with a signal sequence and / or a purification marker sequence; or (c) a variant amino acid sequence having at least 60% sequence identity with (a) or (b); or (d) an amino acid sequence having at least 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 98% or 99% sequence identity with (a) or (b); or (e) an active moiety of (a), (b), (c) or (d) which comprises at least 40, 50, 60, 65, 70 or 75 amino acids; or an isolated polypeptide consisting of such a sequence or fragment. The present invention also relates to a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide of the invention, an expression vector or a host cell comprising a polynucleotide of the invention. The invention also relates to a composition or a pharmaceutical composition comprising an isolated polypeptide, a polynucleotide, a vector or a host cell of the invention, and their uses.
