abstract |
The present invention relates to a copper foil having a low roughness property by roughening on a matte side, a thickness of the copper foil being between 5 μm and 70 μm, and the average roughness measured by profilometer of the rough surface of the copper foil being between 0.5 μm and 2.0 μm, and the average roughness measured by profilometer Rz JIS the rough matte side of the copper foil being lower than that of a shiny side of the copper foil.
