abstract |
The present invention relates to catalysts for the selective removal of sulfur (HDS) from naphthas of fluid catalytic cracking, which at the same time make it possible to avoid the drop in quality of the gasoline produced, specifically the octane number. The synthesized catalysts contain an alumina and / or amorphous aluminosilicate (ASA) support, both of which are doped with Na; molibdene oxides and cobalt oxides. The present invention also relates to the process for preparing the catalysts, which method comprises: a) obtaining the supports; b) doping the supports with a metal of group IA of the periodic table; c) impregnating the supports with molybdenum salts and cobalt; d) drying the impregnated substrates with a dry air flow; e) calcining the impregnated supports; and f) activating the catalysts in situ. |
