abstract The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a pyrimidinone-heteroaryl derivative and an intermediate thereof. In particular, the present invention produces pyrimidinone and heteroaryl derivatives by modifying the starting materials and intermediates. The method shortens the reaction step, improves the reaction yield, is simple and easy to handle, and is advantageous for industrial expansion.
