titleOfInvention | Special sizing agent for alumina continuous fiber twisted yarn and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a special impregnating agent for twisted yarn of continuous fiber of alumina and its method of preparation. The impregnating agent consists of the following components in weight percent: 3% to 6% of an aqueous epoxy emulsion, 0.2% to 0.6% of a lubricant, 0.1% to 0.2% % of an antistatic agent, 0.3% to 0.8% of an organosilane coupling agent, 0.02% to 0.05% of a pH value regulator, and the remainder of the water. The surface of the fibers is modified with the impregnating agent of the present invention, and the impregnating agent is directly coated on the surface of the fibers during the drawing process in the production of continuous fibers of alumina and is then dried. Continuous alumina fibers have excellent flexibility, grouping and lubricity; and problems occurring during the bending twisting process of continuous alumina fibers, such as the fiber hairiness produced, the fibers being difficult to bundle, etc., due to the fact that static electricity is produced as a result of friction between the bundles of fibers, the fiber surface is not lubricated, and the fibers are poor in flexibility and subject to bending and breaking, are solved; and the mechanical properties of the continuous alumina fibers are protected against possible loss. |
