abstract The problem described by the present invention is to provide: a fuel production apparatus which uses used animal and vegetable oils and lubricants as raw materials, said apparatus being able to give the used animal and vegetable oils and lubricants the properties and a a state for continuously supplying said oils and lubricants to a boiler or engine, while requiring a minimum energy input; a fuel supply system; and a method of producing and supplying fuel using them. The solution according to the invention relates to an apparatus which makes it possible to continuously produce and supply a fuel having properties and being in a state which makes it possible to use the fuel in a boiler or an engine by repetition of physical processes involving filtration, heating, centrifuging, precipitating and pressurizing used lubricants and animal and vegetable oils containing used vegetable oils. The apparatus consists of a raw material storage tank provided with a filter and a feed tank of raw material adjacent to the raw material storage tank, a filtering device, a device a centrifuge, a precipitation system and a control device. The apparatus further includes pumps, flow meters, flow meter control valves, solenoid valves, drain valves, level sensors and pressure sensors, which are installed between the aforementioned devices.
