The present invention relates to implant devices coated with biologically active compounds, in particular plant extracts derived from vinification residues. The implant devices are in particular bone implants, and preferably dental implants. In particular, the present invention relates to a method of surface functionalization of an implant device comprising, in this order, the steps of: a) optionally, treating the surface of the implant device with air, oxygen, argon, nitrogen plasma, and generally plasma capable of removing the surface layer of hydrocarbon contamination; b) treating the surface of the implant with an amine substrate; c) treating the surface of the implant resulting from step b), alternatively: with an extract of pomace, and drying said functionalized surface, or by co-adsorption of an extract of pomace and hyaluronic acid, and drying said functionalized surface, or - by adsorption of hyaluronic acid and post-adsorption of a marc extract, and drying said functionalized surface. The present invention also relates to an implant device implemented by this method. |
