abstract The present invention relates to a magnetic resonance coil and a magnetic resonance imaging system using the same. The magnetic resonance coil may further include an antenna and a signal processor. The antenna may be configured to receive a radiofrequency (RF) signal from an object, the antenna not resonant with the RF signal. The signal processor may be coupled to the antenna configured to process the RF signal to generate a processed signal.
