abstract |
The present invention relates to a YAG fluorescent powder, its method of preparation, and a YAG fluorescent ceramic prepared therefrom. The luminescent central ions of the YAG fluorescent powder include Ce 3+ and M emitting red / green light. The process for preparing the powder comprises: mixing raw materials, and subjecting the resulting mixture to solid phase synthesis at high temperature to give the product. YAG Fluorescent Powder improves the problems encountered in the original fluorescent powders, low color rendering index and high color temperature, and avoids the light attenuation problem of conventional LED lamps after long-term use . An LED encapsulated using YAG fluorescent ceramic made from YAG fluorescent powder can produce high quality luminescence that simulates sunlight. |
