abstract | The present invention relates to a method of rapidly providing a nutrient ingredient at medium concentration or as a trace element for a granular fertilizer, a granular fertilizer being placed in a mixing apparatus, and a layer of nutrient medium concentration or in form trace element is sprayed directly onto the surface of the granular fertilizer according to a measurement requirement. The nutrient medium or trace element comprises, in a ratio by weight, from 33% to 76.3% of a medium-level ingredient or a trace element ingredient, from 1% to 5% of a dispersing agent, 1% to 5% of a wetting agent, 1% to 5% of a film-forming agent, 0.5% to 5% of a film-forming auxiliary, 0.1% to 5% of a filler, 20% to 40% water, and 0.1% to 2% of a pigment. The present invention has the following advantages: a medium concentration nutrient layer or a micronutrient nutrient layer is rapidly and effectively formed on the surface of a fertilizer, thereby effectively isolating a metal member to prevent a decomposition reaction double the metal element with ions in the fertilizer system, ensuring the effectiveness of the added trace mineral, and making the fertilizer more suitable for the fertilizer mixture (BB) without additional drying required; an addition method being simple; no return material is produced, and the tilting of formula is flexible; the fertilizer can be marked with a color, a medium-level nutrient or a trace element nutrient can wear different colors during the coating, distinguishing the fertilizer from ordinary fertilizers, and better meeting the marking requirements of color of fertilizer formulation (BB). |
