abstract A heterodimeric protein comprising a separate polypeptide comprising a heterodimeric protein, a nucleic acid sequence encoding the polypeptide, and a method of forming a heterodimeric protein. The monomer of the dimeric protein is bound by the charge of the contact surface, which is different from the existing Knobs-Into-Holes technique, which relies on the electrostatic attraction of the outer edge region of the two monomer contact faces, which is better than Knobs. -Into-Holes technology relies on the central force of the contact surface to be more firmly bonded and more suitable for the development of dimeric proteins.
