abstract |
The invention relates to multi-lane oligonucleotide junctions for delivering one or more cargo molecules to a biological target and a method of making such junctions. Oligonucleotide junctions are formed of two or more oligonucleotides, are stable outside the cell and dissociate easily within the cell to release the cargo molecule (s). One or more cargo molecules and an administration ligand can be loaded onto the junctions for targeted delivery. The invention also relates to nanostructures comprising one or more junctions attached to each other for delivering two or more cargo molecules. |
