SANITATION COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING SAME |
abstract |
The present invention relates to sanitizing compositions and methods of making and using the compositions. In particular, the compositions comprise a fast-acting antimicrobial agent and a persistent antimicrobial agent as well as alcohol and beeswax among the active ingredients. The ethanol content can range from about 62% by volume to 75% by volume. The beeswax content may vary between about 0.01% by volume and 3% by volume. A log reduction of E. coli bacteria was measured at 1 minute, 8 hours and 24 hours. |
