abstract | A deep well polysulfonate drilling fluid comprising water, bentonite, sodium carbonate, phenol sulfomethyl resin, sulfonated lignite, a halide salt, a filtrate reducer , sodium polyacrylate, sodium bisulfite and barite. Based on 100 parts by weight of water, the bentonite content is 3.5 to 5 parts by weight, the content of sodium carbonate is from 0.15 to 0.35 parts by weight, the resin content Sulfomethyl phenol is 6 to 8 parts by weight, the sulphonated lignite content is 6 to 8 parts by weight, the halide salt content is 7.5 to 12 parts by weight, the content of the filtrate reducer is from 0.5 to 1.2 parts by weight, the sodium polyacrylate content is from 0.8 to 1.7 parts by weight, the sodium bisulfite content is from 3 to 5 parts by weight and the baryte content is 250 to 300 parts by weight. The invention further relates to a method for preparing the deep well polysulfonate drilling fluid. |
