abstract The present invention relates to a system comprising a flexible bag for the collection of drained secretion, having an anti-collapse device, on one side connected to a valve "T" provided with a protective cover and, on the other side, an anti-reflux flow control valve, consisting of a one-piece circular core of elastomeric material, attached to an envelope, said core comprising a central plug connected by radial rods to the adjacent edge of its circular body, so that when said core is used in envelopes comprising only two channels, an input and an output, said valve forms a unidirectional valve. The system further includes, within the envelope, a coagulum fragmentation device at the inlet and an anti-obstruction device from the maximum opening point of the core.
