In order to objectively determine the state of stress of a user, and to prevent mental disorders of the user, body gas information, which indicates the concentration of dimethyl adipate in the user, acquired by a sensor for detecting dimethyl adipate emitted from the surface of the user's skin, are acquired over a network at a plurality of times, together with temporal information corresponding to the time at each moment of the plurality of moments, information indicating the upper limit of a normal range for dimethyl adipate per unit period are read from a memory in which the information indicating the upper limit of the normal range, time zones, in which the concentration in dimethyl adipate in the user exceeds the upper limit of the normal range, are determined on the basis of information acquired body gas, and information indicating the determined time zones are delivered to a user information terminal. |
