titleOfInvention METHOD FOR RADIOGRAPHING AN ORGAN OF A PATIENT
abstract The present invention relates to a method for radiography of a patient's organ, comprising: a first vertical scan and a second vertical scan implemented synchronously, a calculated correction being processed on the first and second raw images, on at least one least part of the size of the patient thus scanned, for at least overweight or obese patients, so as to reduce, between the first and second corrected images, the cross-diffusion existing between said first and second raw images, and said treatment of calculated correction applied to said first and second raw images comprising: a step (32, 33, 34) of performing a patient-specific modeling, using patient-specific data, therefore at least the using the first and second raw images, preferably primarily using the first and second raw images, preferably still only at the first and second raw images, a step (34, 35) of determining a patient-specific representation of the radiation diffusion by said patient-specific modeling, a step (36) of processing said diffusion representation radiation specific to the patient on the first and second raw images so as to obtain said first and second corrected images.
