titleOfInvention CONTROL OF ACCESS TO 6 GHZ CHANNEL
abstract Methods and systems for controlling access to a wireless medium are described. In some aspects, an access point may not allow stations to disable multi-user uplink transmissions. The access point may further control access to the media by disabling access through access to an enhanced distributed channel (EDCA). With this approach, an access point can improve the control of access to a channel via, for example, triggered uplink transmissions and not through contention mode access by stations. .
