abstract : The present invention relates to medicine, it describes a new application of PRS in the treatment of autonomic dysregulation type vagal deficiency, specifically symptomatic dysautonomic tachycardia following significant vagal deficiency, PRS is a drug belonging to the family of cholinesterase inhibitors. This molecule is also indicated in the presence of a vagal deficiency found in hypertension. The invention makes it possible to provide a new pharmacological means for the treatment of autonomic dysregulations with a type of vagal deficiency, with a beneficial effect of PRS. The new application of the drug has an action with a dose of 60 to 120 mg in 2 doses per day orally, and thus increase vagal activity. The diagnosis of vagal deficiency is made by the vagal stimulation tests The effect of the new application is positive on the wave thus making it possible to decrease the PA (blood pressure) and the FC when these are abnormally high or when the tests of vagal stimulation demonstrate a weak response
