The present invention includes a mutant probe that specifically hybridizes with a myeloproliferative tumor-related gene mutation in JAK2, a mutant probe that specifically hybridizes with a myeloproliferative tumor-related gene mutation in CALR, and a mutant probe that hybridises specifically with a gene mutation linked to a myeloproliferative tumor in MPL.
