abstract | The problem solved by the present invention is to provide a solid powder cosmetic product which has excellent impact stability, excellent finished appearance and excellent ease of use, and which, while maintaining good concealment power, has an excellent ability to transmit more light in the long wavelength zone (selective transmission function of red light).
