abstract |
The invention relates to an optoelectronic device (40) comprising: a support (46); blocks (52) of a semiconductor material resting on the support and each comprising a first face (54) on the side opposite the support and side walls (56); a nucleation layer (58) on each first face; a first insulating layer (60, 62) covering each nucleation layer and including an opening (64) exposing a portion of the nucleation layer; a semiconductor element (72) resting on each first insulating layer and in contact with the nucleation layer covered by the first insulating layer in the opening; a shell (74) covering each semiconductor element and comprising an active layer adapted to emit to absorb electromagnetic radiation; and a first radiation reflecting conductive layer (80) extending between the semiconductor elements and extending over at least a portion of the sidewalls of the blocks. |
