abstract |
The method for preparing 2-fluoroacrylate comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a vinyl ether having a structure such as Formula A and monofluoromethylene chloride to obtain a substituted cyclopropane compound having the structure shown in Formula B; a structure in which a substituted cyclopropane compound represented by Formula B and R2OH are mixed to obtain an acetal product having a structure such as Formula C, followed by hydrolysis to obtain a 2-fluoroacrolein having the structure shown in Formula D; or a structure such as Formula B The substituted cyclopropane compound and water are reacted and cleaved to obtain a 2-fluoroacrolein having the structure shown in Formula D; (3) the 2-fluoroacrolein having the structure shown in Formula D is oxidized to obtain a structure as shown in Formula E. 2-fluoroacrylic acid; and (4) 2-fluoroacrylic acid and R3OH having the structure shown in Formula E are mixed to obtain a 2-fluoroacrylate as shown in Formula F. |
