abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a standard low molecular weight heparin library, nadroparin calcium, and a product thereof. The process uses crude heparin sodium as feedstock and is based on enzymatic hydrolysis and a modified method of nitrite degradation. After the steps of enzymatic hydrolysis, oxidative decolorization, ultrafiltration purification, ethanol precipitation purification, degradation, reduction, ultraviolet radiation, oxidation, calcium replacement, nanofiltration, refining by ultrafiltration, lyophilization, etc. a standard low molecular weight heparin library, nadroparin calcium, having a particular average molecular weight, can be prepared.
